全球近八成領導人 用社群網站

調查顯示，全球有百分之77的國家領導人，使用社群網站，它已經成為民主政治的一個重要對話平台。

大陸一家公關公司調查全球153個國家使用社群網站的狀況與習慣，它們發現社群網站上，最有人氣的領導人，是美國總統歐巴馬，答覆粉絲訊息最勤快的則是烏干達總理。

在153個被調查的國家中，粉絲數量最多的是歐巴馬，他有三千三百多萬跟隨者，其次是天主教宗方濟。

令人意外的是，在大家認知中比較落後的非洲地區，超過七成的國家領導人擁有社群網站帳號。
