暑假開學前是3C產品買氣最旺的時刻，台南市電腦商業公會首度在縣市合併後舉辦大規模夏季電腦展，即日起至8月20日在南紡世貿展覽中心登場，集結150家知名廠商攤位，每天推出好康優惠，前300名入場者可免費索取「早鳥福袋」，最高價值有8888元現金抵用券。

台南市電腦商業公會理事長楊忠橋說，暑假及過年期間是3C電子產品銷售最夯時期，往年都是配合辦理資訊展，今年首度由公會在暑期自辦大型電腦展，初期150家攤位雖然不算多，期盼試水溫看消費者反應，未來目標是每年定期舉辦。

2013台南夏季電腦展以「雲端、觸控、APP，科技生活很HAPPY」為主題，展覽期間上午10點至下午6點免費開放民眾參觀。昨天開幕第一天，不到9點已有大批人龍在門口想搶早鳥福袋；每天下午5點則會舉行摸彩，獎品包含皇冠劇院組、42吋電視等多項大獎。

楊忠橋說，這次展覽多家知名大廠都有參展，還特別規劃時下最流行的APP、3D立體列印及樂高機器人專區，讓民眾見識科技生活多元運用，希望每天都有1萬人次進場參觀。
