拋棄宏達電？傳Beats別戀

（中央社台北19日電）「華爾街日報」（WSJ）報導，宏達電（HTC）考慮賣出耳機大廠Beats by Dr. Dre剩餘的股權，此舉顯示這樁收購交易並未幫營運陷入困境的宏達電帶來太多動能。

華爾街日報今天報導指出，Beats有意向宏達電買回股權。

宏達電2011年8月以3億美元收購Beats 50.1%股權，希望旗下手機能與Dr. Dre耳機和音響系統搭配，並在美國市場提高能見度。宏達電2010年在美國將霸主地位拱手讓給三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics Co.）和蘋果公司（Apple Inc.）。

Dr. Dre去年7月向宏達電買回半數股權，使宏達電損失約500萬美元。

法國巴黎銀行（BNP Paribas）分析師陳佳儀說：「從他們的合作中我看不到綜效。Beats有一流的音響系統和設計，但對宏達電手機銷售沒有顯著的幫助。」

在全球受高階和低階手機定價幅度擠壓下，自2011年第4季以來，宏達電季度營收已低於40億美元的水準。宏達電先前悲觀地表示，目前這季可能會公布有史以來首見的營業虧損。

陳佳儀說：「對我來說，現在賣或不賣（Beats的股權）都不是很重要。宏達電的關鍵問題在於擴大經銷通路和供應鏈管理。」（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）1020819
