Android副總Hugo Barra目前確認從Google離開，未來將轉任小米科技全球副總職位。

根據AllThingsD網站報導，同時後續經由Google方面及Hugo Barra本人透過Google+證實消息，確認未來幾週內將從Google離開，並且轉任小米科技全球副總職位。而對於Hugo Barra離職一事，Google方面對其未來持續待在Android平台經濟體系內發展表示期待。

在先前Android之父Andy Rubin從Android團隊離開，轉任Google其他職位發展，目前Hugo Barra也宣布離開，未來可能將由Sundar Pichai全權負責帶領Android與Chrome兩項產品。但在Android兩名重要角色先後離開Android團隊，未來是否將對產品發展產生任何影響，就看Google後續如何看待。
