省成本 NASA推太空小黃

（路透佛羅里達州卡納維爾角1日電）美國國家航空暨太空總署（NASA）積極推動太空人搭乘商業太空船計畫，航太總署表示，這項「商業機員」計畫安全可仰賴，又能節省人類到低地球軌道的太空運輸成本。

航太總署2010年開始與有意開發「太空計程車」的私人公司合作發展「商業機員」（Commercial Crew）計畫。到了2014年5月，航太總署專家在此項計畫的開發經費，預計將達15億美元。 航太總署請波音公司（Boeing Co）與民營的太空探索科技公司（SpaceExploration Technologies, SpaceX）分頭研發7人太空艙；此外，民營公司「內華達山脈」（SierraNevada Corp）也獲航太總署支持，負責研發有翼載具「追夢者號」（Dream Chaser）。 航太總署總部商業太空飛行發展部主任麥卡利斯特（Phil McAlister），今天在顧問委員會議上表示，「商業機員」計畫安全可仰賴，又能節省人類到低地球軌道的太空運輸成本，「競爭帶來好價錢，不過夥伴們都知道，對航太總署來說，安全與可靠是最重要的標準，因此他們也都競相要做最安全、最可靠、最符合成本」。中央社（翻譯）
