義大利科學家從佛羅倫斯的一座古墓中，提取DNA，希望能揭開達文西名畫蒙娜麗莎畫中人的身世之謎。

那座古墓埋的是絲綢商人（法蘭契斯柯喬康道）的妻子麗莎的親人，據傳，麗莎就是蒙娜麗莎本尊。

蒙娜麗莎的身份和她的微笑一樣，一直是個難解的謎。義大利科學家將把他們從古墓中提取的DNA和絲綢商人麗莎遺骨的DNA加以比對，看看是不是同一個人，麗莎1542年在一座修道院過世。（圖片取材自網路）
