大陸雅虎熄燈號 終止資訊、社區服務

繼停止信箱服務後，中國雅虎再度於1日宣布，不再提供資訊及社區服務，原有經營團隊現轉為阿里巴巴集團公益事業傳播。

根據中國雅虎在官網發布的公告，這次服務關閉是基於2012年與阿里巴巴集團的協議，「中國雅虎將調整自己營運策略」。

目前，在百度輸入「中國雅虎」，打開的網站域名已經變成「http://cn.yahoo.com/goodbye/yahoo.html」，然後自動跳轉到「http://now.taobao.com」。

獲得美國雅虎10億美元投資的阿里巴巴集團，2005年便接手中國雅虎所有資產。8月19日，中國雅虎正式停止信箱服務，使用者資料暫時由阿里巴巴集團旗下的阿里雲郵箱接管，但僅持續到2001年12月31日。如今，中國雅虎主要業務也停止運作，有大陸媒體形容：「算是終於下決心拔線，讓『植物人』轉為『正式死亡』。」
