繼 Google 和 Facebook 之後，Yahoo 也首度公布了政府調用資料的次數。

自美國國家安全局的稜鏡計畫曝光後，各大科技公司紛紛公布透明度報告自清，而 Yahoo 也在 Google 和 Facebook 都公布透明度報告後，首次公布處理全球政府調用資料的次數。

在 Yahoo 的報告中一共列出 17 個國家，台灣也包含在其中。而列出這 17 個國家是因為 Yahoo 在這些國家為法律實體，因此政府有可能透過法律強制 Yahoo 交出使用者資料。

在政府資料要求次數上，美國仍是次數最多的，達 12,444 次，並要求 40,322 筆客戶資料。而台灣政府則提出 1,942 次要求，包含 2,650 筆客戶資料。和 Google 在去年下半年的 290 次要求、366 個帳號，與 Facebook 在今年上半年的 299 次、329 個帳號比起來，台灣政府向 Yahoo 調用資料的次數明顯較高。
