雀巢的 KitKat 巧克力是 Android 4.4 的代號，這我們已經知道，而早前有消息指出 Google 將會在 10 月釋出的聲音似乎獲得證實。

在雀巢（Nestle）德國的 Facebook 頁面上，有員工留言指出代號為 KitKat 的 Android 4.4 將會在 10 月釋出。而這消息當然未獲得 Google 官方證實，同時早前的消息指出時間點將會在美國時間 10 月 14 日。

至於 Android 4.4 將會有什麼樣不同的特色以及功能，目前尚未有任何新消息，不過隨著發佈時間越來越接近，應該很快就會有更多訊息陸續曝光。

而部分消息也指出，Google 與 LG 合作的 Nexus 5 將會與 Android 4.4 KitKat 一併推出。這台 Nexus 5 將採用 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 處理器，以及 1920 x 1080 的解析度，尺寸部分應該會是 5 吋大小。

另一方面，Nestle 也在美國展開 “Have a seat, Have a Nexus 7” 的宣傳活動，不過該活動只在美國境內。或許，未來 ASUS 可以考慮跟雀巢在台灣進行類似活動。
