升級 iOS 7 之後，你是否有遇上使用 iMessage 卻無法發送的問題？在國外蘋果用戶的討論區或 Twitter 上紛紛傳出災情。消息傳出後，蘋果已經著手修正，希望能平息用戶的不滿。

在 iOS 用戶之間使用內建的 iMessage 來免費傳送訊息或照片，對話框會呈現藍色，相對於一般簡訊則是呈現綠色，在 iOS 裝置之間傳送訊息是相當方便的功能。

目前國外用戶最常遇到的問題是，按下【傳送】將 iMessage 寄出，但是過不久則出現傳送失敗的紅色驚嘆號圖示。一般遇到這類的狀況，通常會採取檢查 3G、Wi-Fi 連線，或是將裝置重開機，再嘗試發送。

蘋果官方向華爾街日報表示，目前只有不到 1% 的 iMessage 用戶受到影響，而官方也已經著手修正問題，將會在下次 iOS 7 版本更新中解決這個問題，用戶也可以線上透過 AppleCare 提出請求以解決問題。
