4G標價破千億 下周續競價

行動寬頻業務釋照(4G)進入第32天競價作業，6家競價者繼續競逐，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)自9月3日起至10月18日，已進行32天、累計320回合的行動寬頻業務釋照競價作業，本日暫時得標價突破千億大關，總計為新臺幣1,007.1億元。

本日各頻段暫時得標價為：700MHz頻段268.10億元、900MHz頻段74.15億元、1800MHz頻段664.85億元，競價作業將於21日繼續進行。

因擔心標金未來會轉嫁到消費者身上，立法院交通委員會17日相關提案包括建議NCC應研訂4G資費收費上限，不論以吃到飽或是以量計價等方式，同一計價方式的4G最高費率不得超過現行3G最高費率。

另外，立委也提案，要求NCC應協助促成在4G行動寬頻釋照所得中撥出專款，用於縮短城鄉數位落差，並應專款專用；除此之外，也應補助投入新一代行動通訊技術(5G)與規格的研發。
