玩「超級瑪麗」 有助人類腦部發達

據德國的一項研究發現，日本任天堂人氣遊戲《超級瑪麗兄弟》，可以促使人類大腦的某些部位更為發達。

德國馬克斯普朗克進化人類研究所調查研究指出，這一研究成果今後可能對治療阿爾海默症、腦部某些部位萎縮等精神症狀有所幫助。

這個研究所讓參加實驗的成人，在兩個月內每天玩30分鐘的《超級瑪麗》遊戲，然後根據這些人腦容量的變化，去跟另一組沒有玩遊戲的人的腦作比較而得出結論。他們發現，玩過遊戲的人的腦部右側海馬、右前額皮層以及小腦的灰質和白質結構增大。這一結論證明了這個電視遊戲與腦的容積增加有直接的關係。

進化人類研究所表示，將會繼續研究遊戲對身心健康所帶來的影響，以及如何用來協助治療創傷後壓力症候群等疾病。
