打擊盜版 任天堂狀告美國網站

（法新社舊金山7日電） 日本電玩大廠任天堂今天表示，已經對美國網站HackYourConsole.com提出告訴，這個網站藉由侵駭任天堂的電玩硬體牟利。

任天堂（Nintendo）向佛羅里達州聯邦法院按鈴申告。HackYourConsole.com設址在佛州。

任天堂的新聞稿表示：「這個網站公然推銷並銷售未經授權的任天堂遊戲及裝置，並提供規避任天堂DS系統及Wii主機安全機制的服務。」

根據聲明：「HackYourConsole.com的營運業者打造出一個全球性事業，專門銷售未經授權的盜版任天堂遊戲及遊戲複製裝置，這些裝置是用來規避任天堂DS掌上型遊戲機的技術保護機制。」

任天堂美國分公司表示，這起訴訟是打擊電玩盜版戰役的一環。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
