全新Win 8.1 微軟10月推出

微軟推出Windows 8作業系統，搶攻平板與智慧型手機市場，獲得不少擁護者，但發售至今，毀譽參半。即將在10月18日推出Windows 8.1，延續了Windows 8優點，更加入不少獨家APP。Windows 8.1將各項功能的升級，例如Internet Explorer 11、新的個人化模式，全新的APP市集等。

在平板電腦、筆記型電腦或是將PC端的內容移轉至Xbox One上，都可以使用Windows 8.1。本次在許多細節都作了大幅度更新，原本的MSDN和Technet兩大服務這次將在Windows 8.1發表之後，才能下載更新。

Win8用戶可免費下載此一版本，且針對開學換機潮，更有部份針對學生推出的優惠。
