目前常見無線充電技術大致區分為使用電感原理的WPC Qi與PMA標準，以及使用磁振原理的A4WP標準，不過在稍早Qualcomm宣布加入WPC陣營後，未來或許將有助於兩種無線充電技術整合通用。

根據WPC所公布消息，Qualcomm目前也正式加入WPC旗下無線充電技術陣營，配合原本即加入使用磁振原理的A4WP陣營，未來或許將有利兩種無線充電技術整合通用。

現行無線充電技術大致區分為使用電感原理的WPC Qi與PMA標準，以及使用磁振原理的A4WP標準，目前三種標準各自均有其支持廠商，而目前主流還是以有將近172家廠商使用，並且由HTC、LG、Nokia、Panasonic、Sony、德州儀器、Toshiba、Verizon Wireless，以及稍早宣布加入的Qualcomm成為主要會員。

先前德州儀器雖然針對三種標準均加入會員，不過主要是以解決方案供應需求設計，而在Qualcomm本身同時提供處理器、通訊與無線充電技術情形下，或許將有利於整合未來無線充電標準規範。
