探索太空 新獵鷹火箭蓄勢待發

（路透洛杉磯27日電）民營的太空探索科技公司（SpaceX）計畫29日於加州的發射基地，測試升級版「獵鷹9號」（Falcon 9）火箭，希望進軍衛星發射市場。

這家公司已經5度從佛州卡納維爾角空軍基地（Cape Canaveral Air Force Station）的發射台發射獵鷹9號各型火箭。 如果新火箭第一次試射就獲得成功，SpaceX計畫回到佛州，於年底展開獵鷹9號首次商業任務飛行，發射「SES世界天空公司」（SES World Skies）1顆通訊衛星。 22層樓高的加強版Falcon 9火箭頂端將搭載加拿大卡西歐佩（Cassiope）計畫的科學研究衛星，從剛剛整修完畢的加州范登堡空軍基地（Vandenberg Air ForceBase）發射台升空。 SpaceX創辦人兼執行長馬斯克（Elon Musk）說：「這次加強版Falcon 9火箭發射基本上在執行研發過程。」中央社（翻譯）
