先前推出Jet系列頭戴式螢幕設備，並且曾在今年Google I/O 2013等活動中曝光的Recon Instruments，目前已經獲得Intel Capital提供資金挹注，似乎也呼應先前Intel對於穿戴式裝置深感興趣的說法。

根據Recon Instruments透露消息，證實目前已經獲得Intel Capital提供資金挹注，雖然並未說明實際投資金額，但確定將獲得源自Intel針對生產、營運和科技技術所提供資源。

Recon Instruments目前以旗下以Android為平台基礎的頭戴式螢幕裝置Jet系列，以及與Oakly合作推出滑雪鏡產品MOD Live等作為主力特色產品，在此次宣布與Intel在資金上進行合作，或許未來將在產品內部採用Intel近期於IDF 2013公布的Quark系列處理器。
