行動上網 NCC要求試用7天

行動上網7天免費試用！NCC昨（4）日表示，近期將要求各電信業者落實7天試用行動上網服務，讓民眾實際體驗生活周遭環境的收訊品質，以免申辦服務後認為收訊品質不如預期而解約，又因違約金問題產生爭議。

NCC為強化通信服務消費爭議案件的處理實效，已決定進一步規劃新設「通信服務爭議處理科」，同時邀集電信業者成立「通信服務爭議處理中心，處理民眾申訴行動上網爭議。

除此之外，NCC昨日公布國內最新行動上網速率，平均下載速率3.95Mbps，較去年底提升約57％。與全球目前3G平均上網速率3.1Mpbs來看，台灣高於全球平均值，不過，若與全球行動上網速率排名前十大的韓國14.2Mbps、日本11.7Mbps，以及鄰近的香港10.9Mbps相較，台灣的3G行動上網速度全球排名並不算領先。
