繼推出 BRAVIA 65 吋 4K 及 60 吋入門款電視之後， Sony 稍早宣布即日起再推出「KDL-65W850A」的 BRAVIA 65 吋液晶電視，採用Quartz 黑曜晶雕設計，同樣搭載「X-Reality Pro」超極真影像處理技術及「TRILUMINOSTM Display」原色顯示技術，也支援觸控鏡射、螢幕鏡射等功能，建議售價為新台幣 139,900 元。

Sony 表示，消費者對於 55 吋以上大尺寸液晶電視的需求呈現雙倍成長的趨勢，此次所推出的 BRAVIA 2K 65 吋液晶電視之後，Sony 下半年度 60 吋以上產品線將可全面滿足消費者對於大尺寸液晶電視的購機需求。
