告三星侵權 蘋果索3.8億美元

（中央社加州聖荷西13日綜合外電報導）蘋果公司（Apple）表示，因為三星電子（Samsung Electronics）侵害iPhone與iPad多項專利，要求三星賠償3.8億美元。

蘋果告三星侵權案今天在矽谷法院開庭，蘋果律師在開庭陳詞時提出上述要求。上一起訴訟已經判定，三星26項產品侵害蘋果翻頁功能、iPhone設計與其他功能，下令三星支付蘋果10.5億美元。

但法官判定做出上述判決的陪審團在13項產品損害賠償方面計算錯誤，決定減去其中4億美元賠償，且下令重審。新訴訟昨天開始，並展開陪審員遴選工作。新陪審團的任務只有修正損害賠償金額。
