HTC 稍早釋出了 One X+ 的 Android 4.2.2 作業系統更新，採用 Sense 5 操作介面與 BlinkFeed 首頁。

HTC 於 2013 年 8 月 8 日父親節當天，陸續釋出 One X+ 的 Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean 作業系統更新，正式支援 Sense 5 操作介面、與 New HTC One 相同的 Blinkfeed 首頁，並加入了螢幕鎖定小工具。

該手機在升級後，增加了電池計量顯示、休眠開關與通知列的快速設定面板，相機部份則增加了曝光、焦距鎖定選項，以及 Vedio Hightlights 生活微電影功能。

另一方面，HTC One X+ 音樂頻道可檢視歌詞與視覺化畫面，輸入法中文字彙支援也有所增加。

HTC 這次的更新的版本為 2.17.709.2、約 484.58MB，並不會刪除資料。
