不久前傳出LG新機D820可能就是下一款Nexus手機消息後，在FCC網站文件中也曝光具體實機外觀，看起來與先前在Android 4.4雕像影片中曝光疑似新款Nexus手機外觀十分相似。

根據FCC網站所公布文件中，出現LG新機D820實際外觀，看起來與先前疑似曝光的新Nexus手機相同，或許有可能就是今年預計公布的「Nexus 5」。

外觀上將延續先前Nexus 4設計，不過此次曝光實機背蓋並未標示Nexus字樣，不過偌大的鏡頭模組確實與先前在影片曝光手機外觀相同。就先前傳聞來看，新款Nexus手機將將採用5吋螢幕設計，並且配置Qualcomm Snapdragon 800處理器，分別對應GSM、W-CDMA、CDMA1X/EV-DO、LTE，以及中國地區使用的TD-LTE網路規格。

目前還不確定LG方面是否將於近期公布D820，同時Google方面也未證實將公布新機消息。
