蘋果(Apple)iPhone 5S及5C亮相，蘋果迷期待盡快在台上市，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)表示，蘋果iPhone 5S及5C已通過認證，經銷商推估，台灣最快將可在10月底上市。

蘋果新款iPhone將在9月20日在美國、中國等9國上市，以往台灣總是排在第3波名單，在聖誕節前才能開賣，但今年新款iPhone最快10月底就會在台上市。

外界傳聞手機測試流程至少需3個星期，NCC澄清，手機測試含電磁相容及電氣安全等項目約需3天，另電信介面等項目約需2天，連同發證流程作業共計約需5天，非傳說至少需3個星期之測試流程。

NCC表示，iPhone新型手機業已取得型式認證，蘋果台灣分公司隨時可申請進口該型手機，至於手機之實際進口上市販賣日期，將由蘋果對外發布。
