單手磨咖啡豆 台北發明展摘金

〔自由時報記者蘇福男／燕巢報導〕高雄第一科技大學碩士生賴志銘以老童玩「搖響」為發想概念，研發手搖式咖啡研磨機，咖啡豆變咖啡粉不用兩分鐘，研磨咖啡不再是苦差事，該巧思作品同時在台北國際發明暨技術交易展一舉摘金。

賴志銘表示，讀大學時看到攤販用搖響招攬客人，覺得十分有趣，於是開始動腦如何應用在日常生活中，進而產生手搖式咖啡研磨機想法，但直到考上碩士班才將其實品化。

手搖式咖啡研磨機重量輕，且全程只要使用單手即可完成，賴志銘說，研磨機以單手握住手把作為支撐點甩動，利用齒輪帶動陶瓷磨刀，即可輕易進行旋轉研磨，不用插接任何電源，也幾乎不用使力。

這件作品代表第一科大參加台北發明展一舉摘金，引起不少廠商高度興趣。賴志銘表示，他將再加入一些巧思，「讓磨咖啡像在玩搖響，可邊旋轉邊發出聲音。」
