AMD 代號 Kaveri 的 APU 究竟什麼時候要登場，一直以來都讓人相當好奇。

我們知道 AMD 一直反駁媒體的消息，並指出 Kaveri APU 將會在 2013 年底出貨，不過根據一份資料顯示，通路必須等到 2014 年 2 月才有望見到。

Kaveri 是 AMD 相當重要的一項產品，主要是因為它導入了 HSA 架構（Heterogeneous System Architecture）的設計。

這個 AMD 平台將繼續沿用目前 FM2+ 腳位，同時也將使用 A88X 晶片，而這晶片組也將會持續使用至 2015 年的 Carrizo。

根據資料中的時間表來看，各主機板廠已經收到了這款 APU 進行測試，正式量產則需要等到 12 月以後，不過相信 AMD 將會在 11 月舉行的 APU 13 開發者大會中提到更多這款產品的資訊。預期將會有兩款 A10 以及 一款 A8 APU 登場。

如果不是在 APU 13 發表，那最大可能發表時間將會在 CES 2014，但這只是 Paper Launch，正式登場將要等到 2014 年 2 月。
