美國科技網站《Geek.com》週五 (25 日) 引述外洩資料報導，三星 (Samsung)(005930-KR) 新推出的智慧手錶產品 Galaxy Gear，在美國最大 3C 產品通路 Best Buy (百思買) 竟爆出高達 30% 的退貨率。

報導指出，Best Buy 在全美賣場設有三星人員派駐的「三星體驗」迷你商店，協助消費者認識各項三星產品功能及選取適合產品。而根據網站取得的三星內部資料，在其所有美國銷售通路當中，Galaxy Gear 在 Best Buy 綑綁三星行動設備賣出的比率最高。

不過資料同時指出，Galaxy Gear 在 Best Buy 通路的退貨率卻也高達 30%。報導稱，Best Buy 已因此要求派駐賣場迷你商店的三星員工，來協助他們了解如此高的退貨率原因為何。

除此之外，《Geek.com》還取得資料顯示，目前僅支援 Galaxy Note 3 大尺寸手機及2014 年版 Galaxy Tab 10.1 平板電腦的 Galaxy Gear，將隨三星在美國進行 Android 4.3「雷根糖」作業系統升級，而即將支援 Galaxy S3、S4、S4 Active 及 Note 2 等較舊款手機。
