不久前釋出疑似Nexus 5官方宣傳圖像後，@evleaks再度釋出另一組白色款Nexus 5圖像，並且透露實際發表時間將會在11月1日，與先前傳聞稍有不同。

根據@evleaks再次釋出消息，表示Nexus 5將同步公布白色款配色，同時預計發表時間將會在11月1日 (美國時間)。而先前傳聞指出Nexus 5預計將在美國時間10月31日於Google Play上架，並且將在11月8日開放美國電信業者銷售，時間上的說法似乎有些不同。

更早之前，雀巢官方Twitter所釋出消息暗示Android 4.4將於10月28日公布，但Google目前仍未對外公布新作業系統、Nexus裝置實際發表時間。

就先前傳聞，Nexus 5將搭載5吋1080P顯示螢幕、Qualcomm Snapdragon 800處理器、2GB記憶體等規格，並且將由LG負責代工。
