谷歌（Google）旗下，全球最大的影音服務網站YouTube，為了迎接下月初的「怪客週」（GeekWeek），除了在官方推特（Twitter）發神秘的密碼文，讓粉絲來解謎外，更大動作將網站改版，只要在該頁面上搜尋列輸入「/ geekweek」，就可以進入黑底綠字的Dos版頁面！

YouTube為了鼓勵網友多多大方分享，不要怕因常常掛在網上而被批是「怪胎」、「宅男」或「腐女」，將於8月4日至10日展開的怪客週中，每天推廣一個怪客頻道。另外，官方還特別找來越裔美籍、網路上當紅的化妝達人Michelle Phan拍攝宣傳短片吸睛。
