【中央社╱台北7日電】

行政院今天拍板定案「第三方支付服務」，未來金融和非金融業者都可承做網路儲值等相關業務，預計8月底前就能上路。

行政院長江宜樺上午主持政務會談，聽取政務委員薛琦、張善政報告「第三方支付服務管理推動建議」，會後由張善政、經濟部長張家祝和金管會主委曾銘宗出面說明。

張善政表示，金管會會盡速透過銀行公會推動金融機構「網路儲值支付帳戶」機制，讓銀行與第三方支付服務業者合作提供儲值服務；另外以「電子票證發行管理條例」為法源，容許非金融業第三方支付服務業者提供網路儲值服務，預計8月底前就能上路。
