根據華爾街日報報導，微軟(Microsoft)週一（2日）晚間宣布，將以54.4億歐元（約2134.6億台幣）收購芬蘭手機製造商諾基亞(Nokia)手機業務及專利許可權。

華爾街日報報導提到，這次的交易案細節，微軟將以37.9億歐元（約1487.2億台幣）收購諾基亞手機業務的大部分權益，並將再支付16.5億歐元（約647.46億台幣）收購手機的相關專利許可權。

這次的交易，同時標誌了曾經紅霸手機市場的諾基亞的沒落。
