想要知道 Google 從第一代到第五代 Nexus 手機的效能差異的人，或許可以參考這段影片。

從 2010 年 HTC 代工的首款 Google Nexus 系列智慧型手機 Nexus One開始，Google 推出了包括 Samsung 負責 Nexus S、GALAXY Nexus，以及改由 LG 生產的 Nexus 4、Nexus 5 共 5 款配備 Android 公版作業系統的智慧型手機；除了螢幕變大外，效能部份也明顯地有所提昇。

包括、Nexus One、Nexus S 與 GALAXY Nexus 已經陸續停止升級，這次比拼的手機分別採用的是 Android 2.3.4、Android 4.1.2 與 Android 4.3 作業系統，Nexus 4 則因為更新尚未釋出，配備的仍是 Android 4.3 版本，至於 Nexus 5 所配備的，自然就是原生的 Android 4.4 作業系統。
