Ubisoft今日釋出「海盜刺青」中文字幕預告片，並且宣布《刺客教條4：黑旗》將於11月14日在台推出PS3、Xbox 360中文版，預計將於11月21日與歐洲同步推出PC中文版。

Ubisoft表示，《刺客教條4：黑旗》中文版於11月14日在台上市後，包含多人連線模式、初回版解鎖特典，以及Uplay Passport線上通行證等線上服務相關內容將於11月19日開放兌換使用；而PS3 平台獨佔之艾芙琳任務為單人遊戲內容，上市當日即可透過 PSN 兌換下載。

Ubisoft 同時確認，《刺客教條 4：黑旗》中文版 Uplay Passport 將於相關內容上線後，透過 PSN 及 Xbox LIVE 開放免費下載，而未來 Ubisoft 所發行之作品也將取消 Uplay Passport 的單次認證啟用限制。

線上服務相關內容上線後，玩家將可使用《刺客教條 4：黑旗》多人連線包含死鬥、懸賞、暗殺、全面追殺、神器之戰、雄霸天下在內 6 種主要模式。另外，包含狼群合作模式以及可自訂多人玩法的全新「遊戲實驗室」，並可透過 iOS 與 Andriod 行動裝置 App 指揮調度「肯威的艦隊」，以及使用包含世界地圖、藏寶圖、Animus 資料庫等相關遊戲連動功能。
