先前宣布首波3D架構Vertical NAND Flash出貨消息後，三星也針對企業應用市場宣布推出採用3D架構Vertical NAND Flash模組的SSD產品，容量將從480GB起跳，最高容量為960GB。

根據三星新聞稿透露，首批採用3D架構Vertical NAND Flash的SSD產品即將推出，不過暫時僅針對企業端應用市場推出，將對應企業內部伺服器、資料中心等用途。容量部分，將分別推出480GB與960GB兩種版本，不過實際價格暫時未公布，最快在8月內就會陸續出貨。

三星不久前宣布將對外供應首批採用3D結構技術生產的Vertical NAND Flash產品，將使更小硬體產品置入更高儲存容量，同時寫入速度將提昇2倍，整體存取效能則約提昇20%，並且提高2-10倍資料儲存可靠性，而電力損耗也將節省約40%左右。

除了三星已經宣布推出3D Vertical NAND Flash，目前美光也宣布最快明年第一季也將提供相同產品。
