（優活健康網記者陳承璋／綜合報導）晚睡的夜貓子，容易搶別人的伴侶？！根據「英國郵報」的報導指出，夜貓子比較會顯露出黑暗的人格特質，包括自戀或是不誠實，更糟糕的是，夜貓子恐怕會比一般人更容易搶別人的性伴侶，因為這些事情都是必須在夜色的掩護之下，才能進行的事情。

夜貓子較利己　易搶別人性伴侶

英國郵報報導表示，一個人的睡眠型態，除了會影響到體重、罹癌風險等生理上的變化之外，還更會影響到一個人的個性。而這項報導，則是來自一份由雪梨和利物浦（Liverpool）研究人員訪問超過200人有關自己的個性和睡眠習慣所得到。

研究結果顯示，夜貓子容易顯露他們的黑暗特質，除了自戀與不誠實之外，研究人員還指出，他們發現，夜貓子的利己主義似乎是演化過程留下的結果，原因是這類人較可能密謀奪取他人的性伴侶，而這最好是在夜色掩護下進行。
