先前傳聞將與長榮航空合推Hello Kitty限量版HTC Butterfly S消息後，目前HTC官方也正式證實此項消息，預計將在9月2日於台灣地區公布具體細節。

根據HTC所透露消息，證實將與長榮航空合作推出Hello Kitty限量版HTC Butterfly S，並且將於9月2日在台灣地區發表活動公布具體細節。

就先前傳聞指出，Hello Kitty限量版HTC Butterfly S將採用白色底色，並且融入Hello Kitty相關元素，同時在Hello Kitty圖像使用領結將以象徵Butterfly機種的蝴蝶結取代。而由於採限量版產品設定，因此預計僅將於全球推出限量3000台數量。

目前尚未確認限量版機種內是否額外內建Hello Kitty相關元素，或者額外提供不同功能，而價格是否維持與市售版HTC Butterfly S相同價位，也暫時無法確認。
