三星「寫手門」案 重罰千萬

有關台灣三星電子公司網路行銷「寫手門」案，公平交易委員會今(24)日公布調查結果，三星公司被處新台幣1000萬元罰鍰，對此，台灣三星回應「深感遺憾」。

公平會副主委孫立群表示，台灣三星及受託事業鵬泰顧問公司及商多利國際公司隱匿事業身分，以一般大眾的身份行銷自身商品，對競爭對手產品比較及評論的網路行銷手法，造成不公平競爭，影響交易秩序，違反公平交易法第24條規定，除要求立即停止違法行為，並處以三星公司新台幣1000萬元罰鍰、鵬泰公司300萬罰鍰及商多利公司5萬元。

對於公平會裁罰，台灣三星表示，對於公平會裁定，台灣三星深感遺憾，台灣三星始終以透明誠信的原則與消費者溝通；台灣三星將會謹慎探討公平會決策，採取必要步驟維護信譽，以表示台灣三星對於消費者的重視。
